Do I need to switch my management software?+
No. MIA connects to whatever you're already using — SiteLink, Easy Storage Solutions, or Storeganise. We link your existing tenant portal, rental page, and payment system into your branded website. If you're not sure which software is right for you, that's something we can assess during an Operations Engagement.
I'm a one-person operation. Is this too much for me?+
It's built exactly for you. If you're the only person running the facility, Mia functions as your front desk — answering calls, fielding questions, and creating tickets so nothing falls through. The dashboard gives you a complete view of your operation in one place. Small operations benefit more from this, not less.
Can Mia handle gate code issues and access emergencies?+
Yes. Mia is configured with your access procedures. For standard gate code questions she directs the customer to the right resource. For urgent access failures she flags it as an emergency ticket and escalates to you. You decide how urgency is handled — same-day callback, emergency line, or on-site response.
What about lien law and delinquency tracking?+
The Desk tracks delinquency status per unit with due dates and escalation flags. The Full Platform includes a custom delinquency SOP tailored to Utah lien law timelines (or your state's requirements). Staying compliant with auction and lien procedures starts with having a documented process your team actually follows.
How long does setup take?+
Foundation setup is 5–7 business days from signed agreement and payment. Full Platform is the same, with documentation and training materials following within two weeks of go-live. Nothing goes live until you've tested it and approved it.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. 30 days written notice, no penalty. Setup fee covers the build and is non-refundable. All your data, documentation, and content stays with you. Platform access is deactivated within 48 hours of your termination date.
